| 摘 要： | 师德是评价教师优秀与否、高尚与否、合格与否的核心指标、道德考量.党和国家把师德师风建设作为高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键,出台一系列规章制度,提出一系列具体要求.在分析高校师德师风建设存在问题及成因基础上,从坚定教师的教育信仰、培育教师的教育情操、形成严格的教育规范及建立科学的考评机制四个方面探究加强高校师德师风建设的策略.

| Abstract: | Teachers'ethics is the core index and moral consideration to evaluate whether a teacher is excellent or not,noble or qualified.The Party and the state regard the construction of teachers'ethics and style as the key to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities,and have issued a series of regulations and put forward a series of specific requirements.On the basis of analyzing the problems and causes of the construction of college teachers'morality and style,this paper explores the strategies to strengthen the construction of teachers'ethics and style from four aspects,strengthening teachers'educational belief,cultivating teachers'educational sentiment,forming strict educational norms and establishing scientific evaluation mechanism. |
