| 摘 要： | 加快国际保理业务的发展是我国商业银行面对国际金融新形势的必然选择，也顺应了当今国际贸易发展的要求。但目前我国的保理业务仍处于探索阶段，与外资银行相比还存在很大差距，如何采取措施弥补不足，提高保理业务的竞争能力具有重要的实践意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | To accelerate the development of international factoring is the natural choice for our state-owned commercial banks in facing with new financial environment,and it also meets the requirements of the development of international trade nowadays.Contrasted with foreign banks,however, international factoring business in our country is still in exploration and lags behind other foreign banks.How to take measures to increase the competitiveness of Chinese banks is of great practical and realistic significance. |
