| Abstract: | This article claims that File-managing staff in universities should be well-equipped with high qualities in terms of political stance, professional moral and knowledge structures among others,and with the modern ideologies and awareness of reforming and opening-up, of science and technology, of management efficiency, of service and law and so on. Some concrete methods and approaches are discussed in the present paper on the improvement of such qualities for the file-managing staff. |
