| 摘 要： | 目前，我国农村中小学英语教学还存在诸多问题，如师资力量薄弱、忽视“视听说”教学、教学设备落后等。解决这些问题的有效办法之一，是在高师院校英语教学中，开展“视听说”教学，努力培养学生的综合应用能力和口语表达能力，提高学生的教学能力、先进教学设备的操作技能以及多媒体课件的制作技能等，为农村培养现代化、高水平的英语师资队伍。

| Abstract: | At present, rural primary and secondary school English teacher resources are still very weak in our country. In normal university English teaching, through developing the teaching method of seeing, hearing and speaking, to train further the students＇ synthetical applying a- bility and colloquial expressing ability, to improve the teaching skills, communicating skills, organizing skills, operating modern foreign lan- guage teaching equipment and devising medium courseware skills, solving problems and ego development skills etc. This is the effective ways of training modernized English teaching persons of ability, improving rural primary and secondary school English teachers＇ level, effectively short ening the education gap between town and country, improving the teaching quality in the rural areas. |
