| 摘 要： | 职业教育就是就业教育,抓职业技术教育就是抓经济发展。职业教育作为国民教育的重要组成部分,培养了大批的专业实用型人才。但近几年,由于认识上存在偏颇、职业院校生源短缺及生源基础较差、人才培养的质量难以适应市场的需要、就业准入制度落实不到位等原因,造成新疆职业教育还存在诸多困难和问题。

| Abstract: | Vocational education is the education of employment, vocational and technical education is to locus on economic development efforts. Vocational education as an important part of national education, professional training a large number of practical talents. But in recent years, awareness of the existence of bias based vocational college students are poor and the shortage of new students, the quality of training hard to meet the needs of the market and job access system was not in place and other factors, Xinjiang vocational education still exist many difficulties and problems. Faced with development opportunities and challenges arising from the paper on how to develop vocational education undertakings in Xinjiang specifie measures and suggestions. |
