| 摘 要： | 改革开放20多年,民营企业已成为我国经济发展的生力军。面对加入WTO,民营企业面临着二次创业的问题。由于民营企业自身存在着难以克服的缺陷,这不仅需要民营企业自身积极迎接知识、信誉及组织形式等方面的挑战,也需要在遵守WTO规则制度的前提下,加快品牌、信誉、制度的变革,采取联合的方式,以加强企业的竞争力,同时也需要政府加大对民营企业的扶持,以期民营企业为我国企业的发展做出更大的贡献。

| Abstract: | For more than 20 years of reformimg and opening to the outside world the private enterprises has become main part of our economy development. Facing accession to WTO,it faces the second starting an undertaking. Because of belmishes which exist in the enterprises,it not only needs to meet challenge o f knowledge reputation and organization mode,but also obey the rules of WTO,acce lerate the reform of the brand,reputation and systerm,adopt connection mode to s trengthen the competition among enterprises,at the same time the private enterp rises to be supported by the government so that it can do great contribution to our enterprises development. |
