| 摘 要： | 执政党的最大危险是脱离群众，脱离群众的原因有多种，但致命原因是腐败。巩固党的执政地位，就必须始终保持党和群众的血肉联系，必须从制度和机制上动大手术，根治腐败，维护最广大人民的根本利益。
