| 摘 要： | 王莽以新代汉，长久以来被看成是一次典型的篡夺政权的事件。王莽本人也成了外戚权奸谋朝篡位的代表人物。文章力图不受《汉书》等史书中贬抑挞伐王莽及“新莽代汉”的内容的束缚，而着眼于西汉末年社会经济、政治的发展状况和儒家思想的发展情况，以及西汉末年王莽的个人表现等因素，从客观和主观方面综合论述“新莽代汉”的客观必然性，从而使人们对“新莽代汉”有一个新的认识。

| Abstract: | For a long time, the affair that Wang Mang established the Xin Dynasty instead of the Western Han has been regarded as aspecial political incident which usurped state power. At the same time, Wang Mang himself also became a representative of that royal relatives of distaff side who usurped state power. In this article I try my best not to be restricted by the opinion negate Wang Mang and his action as some history books. So I fix eyes not only upon the development of economy,politics and the school of literati, but also upon WangMang＇ s actions during the ending period of Westrn Han. Throuzh this article I want to Show that the Xin Dynasty instead of the Westem Han is objective and necessary, After learning this article, I hope you could have a new view of the Xin Dynasty instead of the Western Han. |
