| Abstract: | High jump occupies an important position in track and field sports.It is sports event that is developing rapidly and is of high level.Back style jump ,which represents the most advan ced jump technique,not only has its unique features' in terms of techniques,but lays more emphasis on personal characteristics in terms of the method and means of teaching and training as well. |
