| 摘 要： | 近年来研究表明,以软骨细胞为主的细胞凋亡与骨关节炎的发生发展密切相关。只有透过骨关节炎时细胞凋亡现象,认清细胞凋亡的发生机制、基因与分子的调控,方能以细胞凋亡入手研究分析骨关节炎发生机制以及如何通过调控细胞凋亡而有效地防治骨关节炎。 |

Apoptosis and Osteoarthritis |

| Abstract: | Recent studies show that apoptosis coming mainly from chondrocyte is closely related with the occurrence and growth of Osteoarthritis. Only when we find out the occurent organism of apoptosis, the controlling genes and molecules, upon the analysis of the phenomenon of apoptosis when osteoarthritis occurs, can further research be done, starting with apoptosis, to dissect the occurent organism of osteoarthritis, to regulate apoptosis and thus to effectively prevent and cure osteoarthritis. |
