| 摘 要： | 为了更好地培养高职艺术类国际化人才,高职院校教师在教学过程中可以引入校企合作项目,重点培养学生的创新能力和实践能力。高职院校艺术类专业应积极与企业建立合作关系,通过2+1人才培养模式、订单式人才培养模式、与企业共建工作室教学模式进行人才培养,为培养艺术类国际化人才打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | In order to better train the international arts talents in higher vocational colleges, teachers in higher vocational colleges can introduce school-enterprise cooperation projects in the teaching process, and focus on cultivating students’ innovation ability and practical ability. In order to lay a solid foundation for cultivating international arts talents, the art majors in higher vocational colleges should actively establish cooperative relations with enterprises, and carry out talent cultivation through 2+1 talent cultivation mode, order-oriented talent cultivation mode and the teaching mode of co-establishing studios with enterprises. |
