| 摘 要： | “工匠精神”培养已成为各行各业普遍关注的重点之一。文章分析职业院校“工匠精神”培养现状,探讨职业院校“工匠精神”的教育维度与培养方式,指出要在职业院校的体系建设上、职业院校的制度建设上、职业院校的校企合作中、职业院校的教学过程中、职业院校的文化建设过程中融入“工匠精神”。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit has become one of the most important points in all walks of life.This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in vocational colleges,discusses the educational dimension and training mode of"craftsman spirit"in vocational colleges,and points out that the"craftsman spirit"should be integrated into the system construction of vocational colleges,the system construction of vocational colleges,the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,the teaching process of vocational colleges and the cultural construction of vocational colleges. |
