摘    要:随着社会的快速发展,各行各业都以创新能力为主要驱动力。在酒水知识与调酒技术教学过程中,教师需要结合当前市场发展实际要求,深化课程改革,不断提高教学质量,培养学生的创新能力,提升学生的职业素养与专业技能。文章基于创新能力的培养,针对高职院校酒水知识与调酒技术课程改革与实践策略进行探讨。

Abstract:With the rapid development of society,innovation ability is the main driving force in all walks of life.In the teaching process of liquor knowledge and blending technology,teachers need to combine the actual requirements of the current market development,deepen the curriculum reform,constantly improve the quality of teaching,cultivate students'innovation ability,and improve students'professional quality and professional skills.Based on the cultivation of innovation ability,this paper discusses the curriculum reform and practice strategy of liquor knowledge and blending technology in higher vocational colleges.
