| 摘 要： | 随着新课程改革的推进以及语文部编版新教材的使用,教师的专业知识与专业能力显得尤为重要。教师要重视多维度研修,通过校内外的多元化学习平台,开阔自身的视野,丰富自身的专业知识。文章从常态课堂、学科教研、校本课程、赛课活动、专业培训等五个方面,对多维度研修提升教师专业成长力进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of the new curriculum reform and the use of the new textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Chinese,teachers'professional knowledge and ability are particularly important.Teachers should pay attention to multi-dimensional training,broaden their horizons and enrich their professional knowledge through the diversified learning platform inside and outside the school.This paper discusses the improvement of teachers'professional growth from five aspects:normal classroom,subject teaching and research,school-based curriculum,competition activities and professional training. |
