| 摘 要： | 军训,是大学生入学的第一课,在高校工作中占据重要地位。育人是军训工作的根本。天津中德应用技术大学深入贯彻习近平总书记教育思想,围绕立德树人根本任务和强军目标根本要求,坚持以国防教育为基础,以按纲施训为手段,以提高综合素质为目标,从机构、人员、保障、活动、制度“五落实”入手,扎实有效推进军训工作。

| Abstract: | Military training,as the first lesson for college students,plays an important role in college work.Education is the foundation of military training.Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences thoroughly implements the general secretary Xi Jinping's educational thought,and revolves around the fundamental requirements of the basic mission and the goal of strengthening the army of foster character and civic virtue,and persists in taking the national defense education as the foundation,taking the training as the means and improving the comprehensive quality as the goal,and starting from the"five implementation"of the institutions,personnel,guarantees,activities and systems,and effectively and effectively promotes the military training work. |
