| 摘 要： | 首届全国道德模范刘霆，以“背起妈妈上大学”的实际行动感动了全社会，成为全国“孝子”的典范。详细介绍刘霆的发现、刘霆事迹宣传、引导刘霆健康成长的全过程，并对“刘霆现象”在继承和弘扬孝道美德。推进精神文明建设所起到的榜样作用进行了研究，对于有关发掘先进典型、激烈更多青年健康成长或开展相关的理论研究，具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
