| 摘 要： | 职业教育能否充分发挥重要作用，关键是要拥有一支高素质的教师队伍。院内现有教师在职培训、从外界引进人才、“双师型”教师队伍建设、结合学院专业设置建设师资队伍以及建立和完善教师队伍建设管理机制，是目前建设职业教育师资队伍的根本途径。

| Abstract: | There are troops of the high quality teachers is very important for the effect of the vocational education. Some Viewpoints were discussed for construction of vocational education teachers now in this paper. The Viewpoints are involved with the training＂ of the teachers incumbency, excellent talent were introduced from outside, develop the ＂Double Qualified Teacher＂, construction of troops of the teachers have a reference to academic subject setting and forming the consummate administer system for teachers. |
