| 摘 要： | 实验室作为职学校实践教学的重要场所,其管理水平的好坏直接影响实践教学质量。建立科学的实验室管理模式,完善管理制度,提高实验技术人员素质,是提高实践教学质量的重要保证。尤其是医学类职业学校,药剂、医师和高护专业的学生,实践能力更是其将来从事专业的所必然要求,其成材途径有很大一部分也在是实验中完成的。因此,加强职业医科学校的实验室建设,建立科学的管理体系是有着十分重要的现实意义的历史意义的。

| Abstract: | Laboratory as an important site for the school practice teaching,its management will affect the practice of teaching quality.To establish a scientific laboratory management mode,to perfect management system to improve the quality of laboratory technicians is important to improve the teaching quality assurance practice.In particular,practice is the future ability to engage the necessary professional requirements for the medical class of vocational schools,pharmacy,doctors and high-care professional students.Therefore,it is of great practical significance of historical significance to establish a scientific management system. |
