| 摘 要： | 市场经济是信用经济，但在我国现实经济生活中，失信现象却大量存在，它对我国经济已经造成了严重影响。要解决失信问题，应该从产权界定、法律保障、加强监管和规范政府行为等方面着手。

| Abstract: | Market economy is the credit economy.But inong our country realistic economic life,to break one's promise phenomenon exists in a large amount, which leads to serious influences on the economy of our country.To solve the problem, we should commence to do something such as the property right ,legal guarantee,respect of strengthening supervision and standardizing government's behavior etc. |
