| Abstract: | Maintaining social fairness and justice is among the important functions of government. Comprehensively promoting law-based administration is the path of maintaining social fairness and justice, which includes reflecting fairness and justice in the system construction, practicing fairness and justice in the administrative enforcement of law, guarding fairness and justice in resolving disputes and cultivating fairness and justice in respecting and abiding the law. |
