| 摘 要： | 作为文化的载体，语言同时还是进行文化交流的重要工具。由于有大量的丰富的文化知识包含在每一种语言当中，所以在进行语言交流的时候，具有不同文化背景的人由于自身民族历史背景、语境、价值观念、风俗习惯以及思维方式等各方面的不同，会经常性的导致文化碰撞现象的产生。在进行交流的时候，人们往往会因为对语言不恰当的运用以及误用而导致互相之间的交流很难收到预想的效果。要想保证跨文化交际中语用失误的问题得以避免和解决，就必须要对跨文化交际中语用失误的原因进行分析和探讨，同时，还要真正去了解交际对方的文化，从而防止语用失误的现象在跨文化交际中的出现。

| Abstract: | As a carrier of culture, the language is also an important tool in cultural communication.Since much cultural knowledge is embodied in every language, cultural conflicts often happen when peoplefrom different cultural background communicating with one another because of different national histories,contexts, values, customs and thinking styles. Due to inappropriate or wrong usage of the language, cer-tain communicating effects sometimes can not be obtained as expected. To avoid pragmatic failures incross-cultural communication, possible causes of them have to be considered and studied while culture ofthe other side should be learned. |
