| 摘 要： | 为保障土地资源可持续利用，提高土地利用效率，促进耕地保护与土地整治、产业发展、城乡建设和生态建设的协调发展。本文利用单因素评价方法开展新增耕地潜力预测分析，对各类型预测潜力进行分级，其中农用地整理补充耕地的潜力为1075．70公顷，潜力区主要分布在五申镇、古城镇、伍什家镇，农村建设用地补充耕地的潜力为38．47公顷，潜力区主要分布在新营子镇，土地复垦补充耕地的潜力为169．32公顷，主要分布在伍十家镇和古城镇；宜耕后备土地开发的潜力为186．36公顷，主要分布在新营子镇。

| Abstract: | Ensure sustainable utilization of land resources ,improve the efficiency of land use ,cultivat-ed land protection and land management ,industry development ,the coordinative development of urban and rural construction and ecological construction .In this paper ,using the single factor evaluation method to carry out the new cultivated land potential forecast analysis ,Through the index system for each type of prediction potential classification .Agricultural land consolidation potential of supplementary cultivated land of 1 075 .70 hectares ,measure of agricultural land potential areas are mainly distributed in Wushen town , Gucheng town ,Wushijia town ;Rural construction land potential supplement of arable land of 38 .47 hec-tares ,potential of rural construction land area are mainly distributed in Xinyingzi town ;Land reclamation potential supplement of arable land of 169 .32 hectares ,land reclamation potential areas are mainly distribu-ted in Wushijia town and Gucheng town ;Reserve farmable land development potential of 186 .36 hectares , unutilized land suitable for cultivated land are mainly distributed in Xinyingzi town . |
