| 摘 要： | 对大学生进行心理健康教育已成为我国高等学校教育中的一项不可忽视的内容。本文从一例人际交往障碍咨询实例入手，具体分析了进行心理咨询、指导和帮助来询者消除心理障碍的过程，剖析了大学生人际交往障碍的主要成因，提出了当前在高校亟待开展的心理健康教育的主要内容，以及实施心理健康教育和心理咨询的可行途径。

| Abstract: | The education of mental health for the college students has been an assignable content in the higher education. From a living and consulting example of interpersonal communication barrier, this paper analyses the process in which consulters are consulted,guided and helped to clear the blocks and what causes the barrier of interpersonal communication among the college students. This paper also puts forward the main conTents in mental health education that has been urgently carried on in colleges and universities at present, and points out workable approaches to carry on mental health education and psychological consultant. |
