| 摘 要： | 信息资源的开发不仅是信息化社会发展的趋势，也是中国的基本国情，市场经济的需要。图书馆在期刊资源的利用上已具备了一定的客观条件，文章就如何完善期刊结构、提高利用率、加强管理，使图书馆的信息、人力资源得以结合论述了期刊利用的可行性。

| Abstract: | The development of information resources is not only the developing trend of informationsociety.but the needs of the basic national conditions of China and market econmy as well. Our lirbary11as, to a certain degree, created favourable conditions for utilizing the resources of magazines. This paper deals with the feasibility of perfecting the structure of magazines, and how to raise the rate of theirutilization, strengthen their management, so as to combine the information with human resources ofthe library. |
