| 摘 要： | 鄂尔多斯旅游业取得的巨大成就,是鄂尔多斯旅游发展模式作用的结果。其体制转变、管理创新、规划先行、目标引领、文化为魂等思想与实践,为旅游业发展积累了宝贵的经验。旅游产业发展的政府主导、企业主体、市场化运作模式,民族文化与旅游业深度结合的产品开发模式,旅游业与社会经济全面融合的产业运行模式,规划先行、块状发展的旅游资源开发与产业布局模式,本土企业+产业链式的企业发展模式,旅游营销与人才建设的合作共赢模式等共同构成了"鄂尔多斯旅游发展模式"。"鄂尔多斯旅游发展模式"是健康的、可持续发展的模式,对经济崛起的民族地区具有较大的指导意义和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Erdos has achieved greatly in tourism as a result of its tourism development models.The system reform,management innovation and ideas and practice such as planning first,goal leading and culture-oriented spirit have accumulated valuable experience for tourism development.In the marketable operation of tourism,the government plays a leading role and the industries act as subjects.Its product development combines ethnic culture and tourism industries and its operation integrates tourism into social economy.In addition,it plans the development of tourism resources step by step and combines local industries with industrial chains.The cooperative all-win model of tourism marketing and talent cultivation form the healthy and sustainable tourism development model of Erdos,which is of guidance and significance for the developing ethnic minority areas. |
