| 摘 要： | 笔者据档案奏折，考定绥远新城是经雍正、乾隆两朝皇帝厦永泰、通智、瞻岱、王山、王常五位官员不懈努力，于乾隆二年二月初七日正式动工，历872天修筑，乾隆四年六月二十二日竣工。这些奏折基本勾勒出绥远城修筑的大致经过。

| Abstract: | There aren't enough materials but many different opinions about the time and process of the building of Suiyuan City.After researching many documents and materials,the author concludes that through Emperor Yongzheng's and Emperor Qianlong's efforts and the efforts of five governors including Yongtai,Tongzhi,Zhandai,Wangshan and Wangchang,the project started on February 7th in 1737,took 872 days and was finished on June 22nd in 1739.The artical outlines the process in the main. |
