| 摘 要： | 清乾隆六年，蒙古准噶尔部禀报清廷拟派使团进藏熬茶（藏区外喇嘛教信徒表达虔诚的方式），乾隆帝虽应承，但鉴于准部尚与清廷分庭抗礼，藏区藏王与宗教势力正盛，而途中又要经过青海蒙古诸部，故对此进行了顾及多方的周详准备与应对。结果，准部使臣恰入藏而折返，虽出人意料，结果却耐人寻味。本文根据入手档案等，希冀对此事予以深究。

| Abstract: | In the sixth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong （1741 A. D. ）, the Mongolian Junggar tribe applied to the imperial court of the Qing Dynasty for allowing its delegation to Tibet to join ＂Tea Boiling＂ （as a pilgrimage of the Lamaists outside Tibet）. Emperor Qianlong granted the permission but prepared a detailed plan after deliberation of all related factors, for the Junggar tribe was not under the rule of the Qing court at that time, the Tibetan leader and religious groups were quite influential and the delegates were going through the Mongolian tribes in Qinghai. It turned out the envoys returned soon after they arrived in Tibet, which was unexpected and worth study. The paper intends to further investigate the event based on documents found in the research. |
