| Abstract: | In order to enhance the scientificalness in the editing and publishing of academic journals in universities, editors should study the development and changes about the world economy and culture. Besides, they should draw lessons from the concept of scientific publications and make academic journals more well-known. The digitalization of academic journals and the constructing of appraisal theory with Chinese characteristics of academic journals are the key points of achieving this target. |
