企业和谐管理的性质与目标分析

摘    要:笔者首先从厘清和谐的内涵、企业和谐管理的内涵入手,将企业和谐管理的性质界定为:它是倡导企业经营者以和谐理念统领企业发展的一种管理哲学,旨在全面提升企业价值的一种管理方式,以关系管理为对象的一个管理子系统,重在落实企业伦理和社会责任的一种管理手段,在此基础上提出了企业和谐管理的三大目标,即和谐共存、全面发展和可持续发展。

Abstract:Starting from the elaboration of the connotation of harmony and harmonious enterprise management,the author defines the nature of harmonious enterprise management as a management philosophy that leads industrial development by advocating harmonious concept to enterprise operators,a management style aiming to promote general enterprise value,a management sub-system taking relationship management as its object and a management means to implement enterprise ethics and social duties.On this basis,the author puts forward the three objectives of enterprise management,that is,harmonious coexistence,all-round development and sustainable development.
