| 摘 要： | 本实验用视和组化法对26例胃癌患者的雌、孕激素受体进行了检测。结果表明:低分化腺癌ER阳性病例中男性多于女性,而管状腺癌则女性略多于男性。在不同类型的胃性肿瘤中,ER阳性病例以管状腺癌的发生率最高,低分化腺癌次之。淋巴细胞浸润情况,低分化腺癌表现为ER阳性病例少于阴性病例,管状腺察则阳阴性病例相差不明显.核色质的粗细、核分裂象等情况,在不组织学类型中,其阳阴性差別不明显。

| Abstract: | Estrogen and progesterone receptors were determined with E2-HRP and Pg-HRP in 26 malignant tumour of the stomach. The result showed that the male was more than woman in the posive patient of lowdifferentiation gland cancer but woman was more than male in the posive patient of tube gland cancer. The incidence of the cancer of tube gland was first high and low differentiation cancer of gland comes second in ER posive of various maligannt tumour of stomach. Lymph cells infiltration of ER posive of low differentiation gland cancer were little than ER negaative but ER negative but ER posive and ER negative were not different in tube gland cancer.
