| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨金属硫蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESC)、胃腺癌(GTAC)、大肠腺癌(LITAC)中的表达及意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学法,检测194例消化管癌组织中MT表达率。结果:MT在食管癌、胃癌、肠癌中的阳性率分别为75.00%(24/32),52.27%(46/88),59.46%(44/74)。癌组织分化程度低和浸润深者MT阳性率高于中、高分化组和浸润浅组(P<0.05)。结论:MT表达与癌组织分化程度和浸润深度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of metallothonein and its effect in esphageal squarnous call cancer(ESC),gastraltubal adenocarcicma(GTAC) and large intestinal tubal adenocarcincma(LITAC).Methods:The expression rates of MT in 194 cases with digestive tubal carcinoma were detectived by immunohistochemical method.Results:The postive rates of MT in ESC,GTAC,LITAC were 75.00%,52.27%,59.46% respectively and the carcinoma Tissue for lous different and deel invasive patients was significantly higher than that of patients with high difference and light invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression rates of MT in digestive tubal cancer was related with diffierent degree and invasive depth degree of cancer tissue. |
