| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑出血对Q-T离散度(Q-Td)的影响.方法:测定了43例脑出血病人的QT离散度并与对照组比较.同时将脑出血死亡组与存活组以及脑出血合并冠心病组与无合并冠心病组进行比较.结果:脑出血组Q-Td显著大于对照组(P＜0.05);脑出血死亡组Q-Td显著大于存活组(P＜0.01);脑出血合并冠心病组与无合并冠心病组无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:Q-Td可作为评估脑出血者病危程度的重要参考指标,而无论其有无基础冠心病存在.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of hemorrhage on Q-Td. Methods:43 patients were divided into the hemorrhage death group,the hemorrhage survival group and hemorrhage and CHD group,hemor-rhage and non CHD group. To study the Q-Td in all patients and compaired with health controll. Results: The hemorrhage set and the dead group had more Q-Td than health control set and the hemorrhage survival group. There are considerably difference between the hemorrhage dead group and the survival group and between the hemorrhage group and health control group. There are no considerably difference between the CHD group and the non CHD group. Conclusion:Q-Td can be considered as an index in evaluating the serious degree whether they be with or without CHD . |
