| 摘 要： | 利用酶联素和组化法和ABC免疫组化法进行88例消化道恶性肿瘤的雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和癌胚抗原(CEA)的相关性研究。结果表明:(1)ER、PR水平与组织学分级呈负相关性。(2)低分化腺癌CEA阳性率最高,且淋巴结转移者CEA均为阳性,提示CEA与肿瘤的恶性度呈正相关。因此性激素受体和CEA提供了肿瘤组织不同的生物学信息,同时检测ER、PR及CEA水平对分泌治疗,手术范围及判断预后更有价值。

| Abstract: | 88 tumors of digestive tract were assayed for estrogen andprogesterone receptors and Carcinoembryonic Antigen CEA] using affinity histochemical method and ABC immunohistochemical method.The results showed that the positive rates of ER.PRand CEA were 37.5%,27.3% and 88.64%, respectively. In 82.95% of digestive tract tumors examined, the expression of ER was uniform with PR.The positive rate of ER and PR was related to histologic classification and pathologic stage.CEA related only to pathologic stage and there were significant inverse relationships between steroid-hormone receptors anb CEA. Therefore, steroid receptors and CEA appear to provide information about different biologic characteristics of a carcinoma. Assaying of ER.PR and CEA simultaneously have more significance for the endocrine therapy and prognosis |
