| 摘 要： | 为了探讨失血性休克不同时期淋巴循环的变化,本文采用肠淋巴管插管技术对失血性休克大鼠不同时期的肠淋巴流量及肠淋巴管压力进行了测定。结果表明,失血性休克不同时期肠淋巴循环发生了明显变化。休克早期、休克晚期的肠淋巴流量和肠淋巴管压力明显降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05-0.01);(输血输液治疗后,肠淋巴流量和肠淋巴管压力迅速回升并显著高于对照组(P<0.05-0.01)。结果提示,失血性休克的发生、发展及转归与淋巴循环的变化密切相关。

| Abstract: | To study the changes of lymph circulation in hemorrhagicshock during different stages,the intestinal lymph-flow and intestinallymph pressure was determined in the different stages of hemorrhagicshock hy a intubation of intestinal lymph vessel,the different stagesof changes of intestinal lymph circulation of hemorrhagic shock.Theintcstinal lymph flow and intestinal lymph pressure was significantlylower than that of control group during the early and later stages ofllemorragic shock(P <0.05-0.01),but they were rapidly returned and liftedafter blood and fluid transfusion compared with control.The resultssuggested that the change of lymph circulation was in correlation tothe pathogenesis,developing and recovery of hemorragic shock. |
