| 摘 要： | 为了进一步研究咽炎患病与微循环的关系,本文应用微循环显微电视录象技术对45例大学生咽炎患者和50例健康大学生的甲襞微循环进行了对比观察和综合评价。结果表明,咽炎患者存在不同程度的甲襞微循环异常,总积分值为4.85±0.22,明显高于对照组(1.72±0.16)(P<0.01),其中以微血管口径,微血流流速、红细胞聚集、袢周状态、乳头异常较为明显。结果提示咽炎的发生可能与微循环障碍有关。

| Abstract: | In order to study the relations of chronic pharyngitis and microcirculation disturbance, we observed the nailfold microcirculation of 45 chronic pharyngitis cases and 50 normal persons by microscope and TV, the data were analysed and compared, the results shoved that the nailfoldmicrocirculation in 45 chronic pharyngitis cases had different degreedisturbance, the total score value was 4.8510.22, and it was significantly higher than rhat of normal persons(P < 0.01), the abnormal rate of micro - blood velocity, RBC aggregation, exudation and subpapillary venous plexns was higher than that of other indexes. the results suggested that the pathogenesis of chronic pharyngitis was in close correlation with microcirculation disturbance. |
