| 摘 要： | 信息技术发展引发了教育教学模式的变化,现代教育技术的应用能力成为中小学教师专业能力的重要组成部分。通过对保山市中小学教师应用现代教育技术能力的调查,发现存在制约中小学教师现代教育技术水平提高的因素,并据此提出解决方法。

| Abstract: | IT Technology has brought about the changes in teaching pattern,in which the abilities to apply IT technology has been important for primary and secondary school teachers.This paper is intended to present some ways to improve the competence of primary and secondary school teachers in applying modern educational technology based on a survey conducted on their practice and problems. |
