| Abstract: | Promoting the System of Villagers＇ Autonomy and implementing ＂Four Democracies＂ are of great value in cultivating civil consciousness of farmers. The System of Villagers＇ Autonomy acts as a carrier which can cultivate civil consciousness of farmers. Giving a full play to the carrier function can cultivate modem civil consciousness of farmers effectively which includes subject consciousness,participating consciousness, legal consciousness, rules awareness, right consciousness and responsibility consciousness. |
