| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机加剧了中国大学生的就业难题，工科院校大学生实践能力的不足是当前大学生就业难的根本原因。根据社会对工程学科人才的需求特点，深化教学内容改革，强化实践教学，切实提高大学生实践能力和创新能力才是解决就业问题的关键。

| Abstract: | The whole world financial crisis intensified the university student＇s employment difficult problem. Lack of practical ability is the main reason. According to social engineering talent on demand characteristics, deepen the reform of teaching content, strengthen the practice of teaching, and effectively improve students practical ability and innovative ability is the key to solving the employment problem. |
