摘    要:教师的教学心理状态是实施教学的重要条件。在教学过程中,教师的不良情绪会对教学产生很多负面影响。“教学回避”.是针对教师不良教学心理状态而建立的一项人性化管理措施,这一措施彰显了现代教育人文关怀的特点,也引发了人们对教师教学心理的问题关注。

Abstract:It's very important for a teacher to be sound minded in psychology in the process of teaching. Whenever a teacher meets some trouble and become disordered in mind, he would evitably have influence on his teaching and students. So"teacher's withdraw in teaching"is helpful to school management.
