| 从本科入手提高研究生培养质量的初步探索 |

| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,我国的研究生教育开始面临着新的问题。对出现的若干新问题进行了初步总结,并结合我校推行两年制硕士研究生培养体系改革的具体情况,从本科教育的教学改革、鼓励更多学生报考本校硕士研究生、提高免试推荐硕士研究生比例、构建研究生组织形式、推动导师教书育人和培养质量的评估等方面出发,对提高研究生培养质量的作用与影响因素进行了论述,为培养高水平的人才体系提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the increasing expansion of postgraduate enrollment,new problems in Chinese postgraduate education have emerged.Beginning with a statement about the new problems,based on the practice of 2-year system of postgraduate education,this paper explores constructive solutions from several perspectives including reform on undergraduates,encouraging more students to enter postgraduate study in the same university,increasing the rate of excellent students without entrance exams,construct postgraduate organization,enhancing the function of tutors,emphasizing evaluation of cultivation quality.Served as a reference for cultivation of talents,the functions and effective factors of improving cultivation quality of postgraduates are elaborated. |
