| 摘 要： | 师生关系中蕴含着教学价值观,师生关系是教育功能实现的基石。教师如何研究学生,如何从学生的教师观了解学生对教师的角色期待,是构建和谐师生关系的出发点。通过问卷,调查了学生心目中喜欢和不喜欢的教师品质,并以大学生教师观的视角归纳了蕴含其中的教师在构建和谐师生关系中的要点。
