| 摘 要： | 阿尔蒙德的公民文化理论建立在他对政治文化分析的基础之上，探讨的核心主题是“什么样的政治文化有利于维持民主制的稳定”。阿尔蒙德通过对意大利、墨西哥、德国、美国和英国等国家政治文化的实证研究，认为公民文化是一种混合文化、平衡文化和参与者文化，它能够促进民主政治的良好运行。他的公民文化理论对于政治文化的研究具有重要意义，但这一理论也存在着一定的缺陷。

| Abstract: | Almond＇s theory of civic culture bases on his analysis of the political culture. Its core theme is ＂what kind of political culture conduces to maintaining the stability of democracy＂. By the empirical study of political culture in Italy, Mexico, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, Almond considers that the civic culture is a mixed culture, a balance of culture and participant culture, which can promote the good functioning of democracy. His theory of civic culture has great signif- icance for the study of political culture, but this theory also has some flaws. |
