| 摘 要： | 中国共产党执政以来一直致力于防止党内出现＂既得利益集团＂的问题,尤其是改革开放以来的三十年,在认识与实践上都达到了新的水平。以官员为主体的＂既得利益集团＂不但代表和谋取的是自己和小团体的私利,而且会背叛党的宗旨,破坏党的团结统一,危害广大人民群众的根本利益和毒化、腐蚀社会。居安思危,执政党必须从思想、教育、权力制约和制度建设等方面采取果断措施,防止党内出现＂既得利益集团＂。

| Abstract: | Under the leadership of the CPC and in the socialism,the CPC has been committed to prevent the problem of vested interests within the party there,three decade have passed since reform and opening up the CPC has been preventing the appearance of vested interests group,it make the knowledge and practice of preventing the vested interests group to a new level.The group of vested interests which is mainly constituted by bureaucracy,not only seek selfish interests for the small group,but also betray the party′s purpose,damage the unity of the party,harm the fundamental interests of the masses,and corrode the healthy of society.To avoid this phenomenon,the CPC has to take decisive measures to eradicate this kind of phenomenon from the aspect of moral,education,restriction of power and system construction. |
