| 摘 要： | 利用在以往农业产业化研究中被忽略的产权视角，对中国乳都呼和浩特地区农业产业化的兴起及其利益分配现状进行分析，可以看出：该地区农业产业化的兴起归因于准一体化的产权安排；同时由于该地区农业准一体化组织内部产权安排不当致使其有“强企业、弱农户”的利益分配不均倾向，必须通过矫正奶价确定、牛奶质量等级确定、牛奶质量检测等产权的权利主体来加以抑制。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the reason for the rise and the current situation of penefit allocation of agricultural industrialization in Huhhot,milk city in China in the property right perspective being neglected formerly.The author holds the idea that the rise in agricultural industrialization in Huhhot attributes to the quasi-integration and there is such a trend that it is unequal in benefit allocation of "strong business enterprise,weak peasant household".In the author's opinion,the trend only can be curbed by correcting these rights in milk price assurance,milk quality grade assurance,and milk quality examination etc. |
