| 摘 要： | 政党政治和政党外交是当今国际政治领域中的普遍现象,政党政治的普及为政党外交提供了坚实的基础和广阔的国际活动空间。政党外交是政党政治在国际政治领域中的重要表现形式。它是一个国家总体外交的重要组成部分,在国家总体外交中日益发挥着重要作用。中国共产党历来高度重视政党外交。中国共产党政党外交在中国特色社会主义建设事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,取得了卓有成效的显著成就。
