| 摘 要： | 清代绥远城在建立之初为驻防城已是不争的事实。晚清,绥远城驻防功能减弱,行政功能加强。在民国大背景下,绥远城主体人口、职业,城市的地位、名称都发生了实质性变化,城市行政功能形成。由于军阀混战,匪患不断,灾异流行,其变化呈现极其不明显的特征。透过历史长河,绥远城行政功能的形成影响了以后城市一体化及城市重心的转移。

| Abstract: | It is an indisputable fact that Suiyuan was a garrison city at the beginning of the establishment of Qing.In the late Qing Dynasty,Suiyuan City had been gradually changing its functions,and the city was gradually weakened its garrison function and its administrative functions was strengthened.Under the background of the era of the Republic of China,the substantial changes have taken place in the main population,residents′ occupation,status and the name of city.The city′s administrative functions was realized.Due to warlords tangled warfare,continued banditry and popular calamities,however,the changes were very dim.When we think about it through history,the formation of Suiyuan city′s administrative functions played an important role in the urban integration and its shift of the focus. |
