| 摘 要： | 经济增长方式转型是西部经济发展的关键问题。网络经济可以实现低成本的、快速的、节约的、依靠创新的生产，这种特点正好适应经济增长方式转型的要求，西部民族地区可以借助于网络经济的流行实现经济增长方式的高起点转型。

| Abstract: | Economic growth mode transition is the most prominent and pressing task in The West Regions in China. Internet economy may realize low cost, fast speed, saving and creativity dependent as its characteristic. Internet economy has the feature adapted to the heed of economic growth mode transition. Minorities regions can make use of Internet economy to realize rapid and high start level transition economic growth mode. |
