| 摘 要： | 学生党建工作是高校学生教育管理工作的龙头。重庆教育学院工商管理系党总支创新开展的"两个阶段、两张卡片、两项活动"党员培养教育管理工作模式,着力增强党员培养的内驱力、党员发展的公信力、党员作用的带动力、党员形象的影响力,对新时期推动高校党建工作的发展具有一定的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The work of students’ Party building is a very important part of students’ education and management.The "222 Mode(two stages,two cards and two activities)" created by the General Party Branch of Business Management Department of Chongiqng Education College greatly increases the inner driving force of the cultivation of Party members,the public creditability of Party members’ recruitment and the exemplification of their images.It offers certain reference to the development of college Party building. |
