摘    要:内在因素是教师发展的根本因素,也是更稳定持久的因素。教师具备终身教育的观念、学会学习的能力、专业反思的精神和自我更新意识,使自身职业的价值更多来自内部,教师职业才能真正成为令人羡慕和富有尊严与人性光辉的职业。

Abstract:Intrinsic factors are basic factors influencing teachers' development and are also relatively stable and permanent factors.Teachers should have life-long learning ideas,should have learning ability,ideas about their profession and self-renewal consciousness and should make their professional value mainly come from intrinsicalness in order that the profession of teachers really becomes the profession which is admired,has intrinsic dignity and is glorious.
