| Abstract: | Intrinsic factors are basic factors influencing teachers' development and are also relatively stable and permanent factors.Teachers should have life-long learning ideas,should have learning ability,ideas about their profession and self-renewal consciousness and should make their professional value mainly come from intrinsicalness in order that the profession of teachers really becomes the profession which is admired,has intrinsic dignity and is glorious. |
