| 摘 要： | 在经济危机的背景下,很多农民工返回输出地,面临新一轮的失业危机。政府提出一系列措施帮助他们创业就业,其中一项就是开展职业再培训,提高就业能力。职业院校作为专业的职业技能培训院校,应该全面参与到这一工作中来,发挥不同院校特色专业优势,不搞重复培训,送培训到农民工身边,提供就业信息,抓技能培训的同时也抓思想教育工作。

| Abstract: | Under the background of economic crisis, a lot of farmer workers return to their hometown and encounter a new unemployment situation. The government has proposed a series of measures to help them find a new job. One of the measures is to retrain them to improve their employment capability. As professional training organizations, vocational colleges should devote themselves to this project, bring their special professional advantages into full play, train them at their convenience, provide them with employment information and pay attention to giving ideological education at the same time of skill training. |
